Adobe and Figma call off their $20B merger due to EU regulatory pressure. Brutal, especially for all the Figma employees. Still, Figma gets $1B as a breakup fee.
Speaking of antitrust regulatory pressure, Google announced this week that they're going to pay $700M to settle an antitrust suit from September and allow developers to use direct payment methods in their apps.
Apparently EV companies are getting crushed, with most projected to run out of cash by 2025. So long, Tesla wannabes!
Meta's VR market share dropped to 49% this quarter, down from 72% just a year ago. Looks like Sony is catching up with PlayStation VR2.
